Great gym, great trainers, great workout every time!

As I stated in my Yelp review 9Round was and is the right place for me to get my workout in. As a previous martial artist for over 25 years I love doing bag workouts, having a trainer/coach, no start time, I'm done in approx. 30 min, and affordable. After about 4 months I had canceled because I was concerned about some back pain. I adhered to the 30 day notice and Jorge adhered to the policy and no problems. A few months later after I was cleared by my Dr. I joined back up. The free work out gives you a good idea as to how the work out sequence will be and the rules are clearly explained when you sign up. I encourage everyone to at least take the free work and if you like it sign up under one of their new membership options. They even have a month to month.
