This business should consider fixing their hours!! Drove 20 min to get there, just to find out it is closed Monday-Thur !!!

The hairdresser was VERY patient with my toddler who was making it almost impossible to give him a trim yet she was still very nice and patient with him and gave him a pretty decent trim seeing as how much he was moving we will definitely be coming back

First and foremost let me start off by saying I don't know how this place is still in business. I wish my kids experience would've been about as good as yours. So I show up around 1:50 on January 26, 2018 to Bambino's and the place is empty. I was glad because I had to be at work by 5 and there is a lady who greeted us without even smiling. She looked up at us from reading a magazine and asked if she could help us. I told her my son needed a haircut and she asked me if I had an appointment. I said no and asked her if we needed one in order to be seen, she said no and that it all depended on whether the next appointment showed up or not. She asked if we wanted to wait so I said yes but decided to ask her first when the next appointment was. She hesitated and said the next appointment was at 5!! At freaking 5 and it wasn't even 2pm and she denied me services. I was furious!!! I had driven about 20 minutes, no customers, no wait, no appointments til 5 and she was sitting there reading a magazine getting paid to do nothing!! Never will I go back there again! And i do not recommend this place, save yourself the drive and your precious time people. And I hope there are cameras to verify my story so something can be done about this employee. I just hope the rest are not as incompetent as her.
