The greatest I hope!!

This place is a joke. Most unprofessional and flaky dentist office I've ever been to.

I'm fairly new to the area and hadn't found a dentist yet. I purchased a groupon for an x-ray/exam/cleaning for this place in hopes of finding a regular dentist.

I will never go back.

I got there 15 minutes early since I knew I'd have paperwork as a new patient. They still kept me waiting for over an HOUR after my original appointment time. That didn't impress me, but I know sometimes offices get backed up.

They did the x-rays, left me back in the x-ray room for 30 minutes, someone else came back there and was about to do my x-rays again! I said, "they already did them, they said they were going to see if there was a room available." Finally, they remember I was there and do my exam. The assistant seemed thorough enough, the actual dentist spend about 90 seconds "examining" my mouth and that was the last I saw of him.

They kept me waiting in the dark for oh, another 15 minutes. Finally, they tell me they can't do the simple cleaning (polishing of the teeth that they do at EVERY DENTIST) because they "Recommend" I get a deep clean. I asked them why can't they do the simple cleaning and then I can schedule a deep clean? They said they wouldn't do it, I'd have to pay $150 for the deep clean thus making my groupon a complete waste of money. Two and a half hours of my life wasted, and I didn't even get what I paid for! I do NOT recommend this office. Unless you love waiting and love being seen by people who have no idea what's going on, I highly recommend going somewhere else. This place is a joke. I have seriously never been to a more unprofessional environment.
