Usually have good service, but not this time...
My wife and I went out for dinner. Out was after 9pm, you can see per my pictures there was no one there. We were sat by the bar. Our server was no where to be seen. Twice I got up and walked over to the bar tho have my drink refilled. The second time I found my server in a booth by himself eating his meal. I asked him if there was anyone else that could help me since he was at lunch.... He didn't like that...

Two stars are generous of me. I have only been to this location twice, and the food was good, but the service is terrible!!! It’s slow, the one middle aged female server I’ve had both times is gruff, unfriendly, not helpful, and she took forever to bring the bill when I went in February. Then we had to flag her down for the bill. Flag her down to pay the bill. Flag her down a third time when she gave us the wrong change. And it was not busy when we went. It was 11:30 on a Wednesday afternoon. Chili’s Otay Ranch, you need to get your act together.
