I love Tapioca Express, just not this one. Customer service stinks. They are always out of product. Like I wanted popping boba a week ago and they didn't have any because it was a summer thing. Well I went back last night and the sign with popping boba was still displayed but of course they didn't have any. Them lazy....Couldn't take the sign down?! Ok give me lychee jellies. We don't have that either. How about regular boba, do you have that? The fried chicken last time was disgusting and fatty. I hate this place. There's another one right off the 805 and Olympic Parkway that I will be going to in the future. But I prefer the original on Convoy. Bummer I live too far.
