Panera Bread at 2015 Birch Road, Chula Vista, California.

Not happy at all with this Panera Bread location. We love the food at Panera and we've ordered "Rapid Pickup" using the app several times. Every time we've used it the order has been screwed up. I always customize what I want on my sandwich and they never get it right. Tonight we ordered $40 worth of food, looked in the bag and found no sides. My wife asked and was told they were out of bread...Panera BREAD out of BREAD??? After she asked they offered chips or apples. AFTER the customer asked why the order wasn't complete. Not only that, the employee chuckled about it. Poor service crappy attitudes. Our fault for spending our money there. Not another dollar spent at this Panera. We've given them multiple opportunities and had plenty of patience. If the owner and/or manager of this location doesn't figure something out soon they're going to be out of business.
